GS-DOC-02Contact

Describe the workload. We take it from there.

One channel, read by engineers. No sales development layer, no qualification scripts.

§ 01Enquiries

All enquiries: [email protected]. We respond to substantive enquiries within two business days.

Business address: GPU Smith LLC, 3101 Park Boulevard, 1st Floor, Palo Alto, CA 94306, United States.

For an assessment request, four lines are enough to start. State them as precisely or as loosely as you currently can:

  • Workload: models, context lengths, tokens per day, or the product behavior if you have not sized it yet.
  • Constraints: data boundary, certification regime, existing facility or colocation, procurement rules.
  • Timeline: when the capacity must be serving.
  • Site and jurisdiction: where the hardware would live, which export-control regime applies.

Open a pre-structured email with those fields, or write it your own way.

§ 02What happens next
  • One scoping call. The assessment scope, fee and calendar are fixed in that call and confirmed in writing.
  • Assessment delivery, typically three weeks: workload characterization, total cost of ownership, reference architecture, procurement plan, build or no-build recommendation.
  • The deliverables are yours regardless of outcome. The fee is credited in full against the build if it proceeds.
§ 03Regulated and classified environments

We routinely work under NDA from first contact; send yours with the enquiry or ask for ours. Where the mandate prevents workload details from leaving your boundary, the scoping call covers only what the mandate permits and the engagement is structured to complete inside it, including air-gapped delivery. Do not include classified or patient-identifying material in unsolicited email.
