GS-DOC-04Terms of use
Effective 2026-07-10

Terms of use

These terms govern your use of gpusmith.com. Engagements are governed by their own signed documents, not by this page.

§ 01What this website is

gpusmith.com describes GPU Smith's services and publishes engineering reference material, including the hardware index. By using the site you accept these terms.

§ 02Reference material, not advice or offers
  • Published datasheets are engineering references. They are not offers to sell, price quotations or procurement commitments.
  • Specifications, pricing and lead times change faster than any published page. Figures marked "reported" are third-party observations, cited per sheet. Verify against current vendor documentation and quotes before committing capital.
  • Nothing on this site constitutes professional engineering, legal, tax or investment advice to you. Professional duties arise only under a signed engagement.
§ 03Engagements

Assessments, builds and all other services are governed exclusively by the non-disclosure agreement, statement of work and any master services agreement signed for that engagement, including fees, liability, warranties, jurisdiction and governing law. If those documents conflict with this page, they prevail.

§ 04Intellectual property

Site content, including the datasheet compilation, page design and written analysis, belongs to GPU Smith. You may quote it with attribution and a link; you may not republish substantial parts of it commercially without written permission. NVIDIA, DGX, HGX, NVLink, InfiniBand, Spectrum-X and related marks are trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation or their respective owners; their use here is referential. GPU Smith is a Preferred-tier member of the NVIDIA Partner Network; membership is not an endorsement or sponsorship by NVIDIA, and the recommendations published or delivered by GPU Smith are its own.

§ 05Acceptable use

Do not attack, probe or overload the site, misrepresent your affiliation with GPU Smith, or use the content to train systems that misattribute its provenance. Automated access for indexing and citation is welcome (see robots.txt).

§ 06No warranty, limited liability

The website is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPU Smith disclaims all warranties for the website and accepts no liability for decisions taken on published reference material alone. Capital decisions deserve an engagement, in which liability is defined contractually, not a webpage.

§ 07Changes and contact

We may revise these terms; the effective date above identifies the current version. Questions: [email protected].
