Aivres is the US-domiciled continuation of Inspur Systems, designing HGX and NVL72 systems from Fremont and named in NVIDIA's own builder lists. The hard caveat: US Commerce named Aivres itself as a covered Inspur subsidiary on the Entity List in March 2025, and HPE's lawsuit over the rename is pending. Clear it with counsel before procurement.
